Basic concept of the company is to concentrate on design & development of Tooling either single or multi cavities as per the qty. required to procure the castings and forgings from expert manufacturers rather than in-house with global thinking - "SHARE PROFIT TO GROW FASTER" and then to do all value additions like CNC turning, milling, grinding, lapping , polishing etc. followed by 100% inspection with test certificates to be issued along with each supplies.

In 1989-90 :

With 9 yrs. of work experience on shop floor thro’ various foundries & engineering units, mainly in the field of manufacturing submersible pump sets, a small SSI unit named as Microcare India Inc. was started under the leadership of Mr.Mukesh Patel, B.E.Mech, from Gujarat University. This unit is manufacturing all Cast Iron components like Upper & Lower Housings, Motor bases, Stage Casings, Non Return Valves, Suction Cases etc.

In 1995-96 :

Started in-house foundry with attached work-shop to melt Lead Bronze ingots to manufacture Bush Bearings to be used in pumps & motors under the name of Microcare Techniques (P) Ltd. It was aimed to produce 10000 bush bearings per month but due to specific metallurgy and compositions used as per international standards, products were accepted by top class pump manufacturers in India with order level position up to 45000 per month. Company decided to expand the production capacity at new factory building situated at Dist-Gandhinagar with 12500 sq.yards land area with almost 1800 sq.yards of construction, divided in to three mfg .units and one for marketing with separate office building. All products are 100 % inspected & marked with our own logo- ‘microcare’ on each piece.

In 1997-98 :

Company started making Tools and Moulds, in-house with aim & vision to replace sand casted gunmetal impellers with Precision Investment Cast Stainless steel to reduce frictional losses, to improve sand abrasion resistance, to transfer quite lesser axial load on thrust bearings due to light weight of each impellers resulting in very good pump efficiency and better long life of pump sets.Achieved export orders also for various MOULDS in the field of valves.

In 2004-05 :

Company Started making SHEET METAL IMPELLERS to be used in 6” Bore well pumps. Still development is going on looking to the Indian market conditions. Company now bought some CNC machines for turning operations to provide accurate products to the buyers.

In 2008-09 :

Recently started making Sand Casted and Shell Molded Components, mainly Impellers to be machined through CNC turning centers for V6 & V8 series of submersible pump sets. This is quite cheap products as compared to Investment casings.
